These guys searched the country to find the exact vehicle that I wanted, transported it to their lot, and even delivered it to me the next day. The manager even called me a couple months later, to make sure that everything went according to plan, and that I was pleased with my purchase. I've never received service like that before. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They will definitely be getting my business again, when the time comes.ý Last year when my wife was looking for a new Pontiac Vibe I got ahold of salesman at WK and was taken care of like I was family. They did not have the car we wanted on the lot, so WK found the vehicle, and had it shipped to WK without batting an eye. When we went to pickup the car we realized that it was missing the options we had requested, and come to find out the other dealership had sent the wrong car. My salesperson when right to the sales manager of the entire dealership and started working on a plan to make things right. I have never been so impressed with a dealership willing to do whatever it takes to make a customer happy. We got everything worked out, and WK delivered the car to us (about an hour away) so that we did not have to make the trip back down for pickup. It was this level of service that drove me to purchase another car from them only a month later as I myself was looking for a new car. Again the same professional service and family atmosphere.
