We have had every service done at your dealership after buying brand new, at our last visit we’re told we needed two new tires at 22,00 miles becuase our truck was not aligned properly. At every service our paperwork states we had our tires rotated and checked so in between our last service and only a few thousand miles we needed new tires…. Simone isn’t doing the service that is stated on our paperwork. This should have been caught before the tires were so bad the only choice was to replace them.

WK is a GREAT Dealership and we have been trading with them for many years. With that being said in the past we have purchased several High End Trucks that we have enjoyed, BUT several of them have had motor problems in the past and had to be kept at the dealership for weeks at a time to be repaired. So WK is not the problem it has been the problems that the trucks have had. We have a 2024 GMC Denali Ultimate sitting in the shop now with motor problems on a truck that list for more than $90,000.00 and has around 35,000 miles on it. WK takes better care of us than the GM products we have purchased. You have this information just check it out. Best Regards

I had my Truck towed in for and engine noise. I was told by the service writer that it needed an engine. The extended warranty covered the engine but not some of the parts and labor that had to be done to continue warranty coverage on the engine, which I did not like because the warranty I bought from the dealer should have covered everything it took to do the repairs. Overall I am happy with the work done and speed of it. I think maybe you should sell extra coverage warranties that cover everything. I was out over $2000 on something I felt was part of the repair.

We were greeted by a member of the service team as soon as we pulled into the parking lot; he got our vehicle in the garage upon arrival; the diagnostic process was only a few hours & the service team reached out and said everything checked out great; the staff at W-K brought my Yukon back to me at my office.
